Colombo District MP Hirunika Premachandre and Nine of her Security Personal have appeared before Colombo Additional Magistrate today (12) regarding the case of abduction of a Youth in Dematagoda(In Colombo).During the court proceedings the Colombo Additional Magistrate Mohommad Nihay has ordered the Police to send CCTV Scenes regarding the abduction to Moratuwa University for further investigations.
The additional magistrate has refused to release the Defender Vehicle belonging to MP Premachandre which said to have been used for the abduction.
The case has been postponed until 26th Of January.
