Former Finance Secretary Dr.P.B Jayasundare ,Former Presidential Secretary Lalith Wijeratne and Former Minister MP Keheliya Rambukwella have been questioned by the Presidential Commission Of Inquiry today(16) over Rs.200 million in loss incurred by a state media institute during the Presidential Election.
The Presidential Commission which appointed to investigate on serious acts of fraud,corruption,abuse of state resources ,power and privileges for questioning has investigating a complaint alleged a state media institution has incurred a loss amounting Rs.200 million due to the broadcasting of former president Mahinda Rajapakshe 's advertisements without payments and refraining to broadcast President Maithripala Sirisene's paid advertisements during the presidential election.
