Colombo Commercial High Court had today (06) suspended the injunction order issued by the Court Previously preventing the Russian national carrier "Aeroflot " flight from leaving Sri Lanka .
Colombo Commercial High Court Judge Harsha Sethunge had suspended the Injunction order issued by the Court on 02nd of June by preventing the "Aeroflot " flight "Airbus A-333-343" from leaving Colombo to Moscow in Russia after considering the motion filed by Attorney General .
Colombo Commercial High Court judge had earlier issued an Injunction order preventing the "Aeroflot " flight carrying more than 200 passengers from leaving Sri Lanka after considering a complaint made by Celestial Aviation Trading Company in Ireland .
Ireland based Celestial Aviation Trading Company Limited which is one of the largest Plane leasing firms is seeking to confiscate the Aeroflot flight jet after Russia failed to return it's Property /.Colombo Commercial High Court had stressed that the Ireland based company had mislead the court to get an Injunction order to ban Aeroflot flight flying to Moscow from Colombo Judge Sethunge has stated ,
