An Army officer and one year and Five
months old child among those 44 corona virus positives identified in Sri Lanka according to Health circles.
The Army officer has engaged in escorting overseas returnees including those who arrived from Italy to the quarantine Centers and believes to be contacted the virus.
The one year and Five months old child who had tested positive for Corona had arrived from Italy with his parents .His mother also tested positive for the virus it has been revealed.Authorities have taken sputum Samples of child's father to check whether he too got infected with the virus .
All of them are currently receiving treatment at IDH Hospital, Angoda .
