The Nugegoda Flyover Bridge which was opened in January 2009 had been temporarily closed down from today (02) for a renovation work according to the Police .Due to the closure a heavy traffic is being prevailed in the area at present it has been reported .
The 261 meters long and 8.5 meters wide flyover bridge had constructed within three and half month period .
Police have advised Motorists to use an alternative routes when travelling .
