The Convener of the "Puravasi Balaya "(Peoples Power ) Organization Saman Rathaapriya
along with two other members of the Organization had given statements to Special 
Investigations Unit in Colombo over the allegations made against Saman Ratnapriya regarding a statement he has made at a recent media briefing has threatened the National Security .
Accordingly Saman Ratnapriya along with Professor Sarath Wijesuriya and Gamini Viyangoda had given statements to the investigations Unit regarding the allegations .
The General Secretary of the "Pivithuru Hela Urumaya" Upul Nishantha has complained to the Police Headquarters that a statement made by Saman Rathnapriya during a Press Briefing held in Colombo on 06th of December has threatened the National Security of the Country .
