A 29 year old Police Officer who is a part of a Police Team attempted to save three persons who had been Drifted away by the flood waters at Galmuruwa in Madampe area this morning (25)had disappeared (25) after washing away by the strong waves of flood waters it has been reported.The Police officer has been identified as a constable attached to the Madampe Police Station.
