Hearing Of The Appeal Made By Duminda Silva And Four Others Who Are In Death Row Postponed Until Tomorrow

The five member Judge Panel of the
Supreme Court chaired by Chief Justice Priyasad Dep which taken up the appeal submitted by Former MP Duminda Silva and four others against Death Penalty they have received over the killing of Former Minister Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra and four others for hearing today (26) ,had postponed the hearing until  tomorrow(27).

The lawyers appeared behhalf of Duminda Silva and four others who are in death row ,had informed The Supreme Court that there  were lapses on the death penalty judgment given by the tribunal of the Colombo High Court  against the accused.
