Colombo Magistrate Court has decided to hear the case filed against State Minister A.H.M Fowzie by the Bribery Commission over misusing of state owned vehicles during the previous government on 23rd of February.
The Colombo Additional Magistrate Thusitha .P.Rangala had postponed the hearing of the case which scheduled for today(16) to 23rd of February it has been reported.
The Additional Magistrate has informed the complaint faction to appear before the Court on 23rd to give evidence over the case.
The case was filed against the State Minister Fowzie by the Bribery Commission over incur more than Rs.one million financial loss to the government by using a Vehicle donated to the Ministry Of Disaster Management for personal use.
