Negambo Additional Magistrate has yesterday(15) has ordered to hear a court case filed against the Joint Opposition MP Wimal Weerawanshe over violation of Immigration and Emigration laws by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID)on 14th of June this year.CID had arrested the MP who was former Mintier of previous government over attempting to go abroad through a misplaced Passport on 23rd of October 2016.He was later released on bail.
