The Northern Provincial Council Assembly has today(06) expressed it's condolence on the death of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalitha Jayaram and postponed the sessions until next Wednesday .The chairman of the Northern Provincial Council C.V SIvagnanam has announced the decision on postponing the sessions until next Wednesday and no member in the Council has oppose it according to reports.
