A 11 year old school girl was killed when a Tipper Vehicle collided with a Motor Cycle on Baddegama-
Galle main road (Southern Province)today (06).
The critically injured school girl had succumbed to her injuries on admission to the Karapitiya Teaching Hospital according to the Police.
The accident occurred when the Tipper Vehicle attempted to overtake the Motor Cycle which the victimized girl was riding with her mother it has been reported.
Baddegama Police have arrested the driver of the Tipper Vehicle regarding the accident and the suspect is due to produce before the Baddegama Magistrate Court tomorrow (07).
