Batticaloa Magistrate Court has today(28) further remanded the former Chief Minister of Eastern Provincial Council Sivnesathurai Chandrakanthan allias Pillayan who was arrested and remanded over the murder of former Tamil National Alliance(TNA) MP Joseph Pararajasingham until 11th of January 2017 .
The Former Eastern Provincial Council Chief Minister who is also a former LTTE Rebel had been arrested on 11th of October by the Criminal Investigations Department(CID) after recording a statement regarding the murder of former TNA MP.
