Five Students Were Injured And Hospitalized Due To A Clash At Peradeniya University

Five Students attached to Peradeniya University were injured and hospitalized following a clash occurred between two groups of students of the Arts Faculty in  University according to the Police.

The injured students were admitted to the Peradeniya Teaching Hospital for treatment.

The clash occurred during distribution of invitations to the passing out event of final year Arts Faculty students it has been revealed.

Both the Peradeniya Police and  Peradeniya University authorities are conducting separate investigations on the incident .
