Around 20,000 youth in Kilinochchi Area(In Northern Province) are unemployed at present and only 4000 among them have received education the Kilinochchi Govenment Agent(GA) has informed the Ministry Of Labour and Trade Union Relations according to the Minister Ravindra Samaraweera.This situation has occurred as the LTTE Leadership not allowed the youth in Northern Province to receive education during the war period the Minister has stressed during a meeting held at Vavuniya Distrcit Secretariet .
