The National Child Protection Authority (NCPA) has received a complaint to it's hotline that an official attached to the Authority had abused a young boy from Kurunagala District(North Western Province) it has been reported.The Minister Of Women and Children's Affairs Chandrani Bandara has ordered the National Child Protection Authority to conduct an independent investigation on the complaint and submit her the investigation report sources have stated.
