The Bribery Commission had filed a case against the State Minister Of National Integration And Reconciliation A.H/M Fowzie at Colombo Magistrate Court over misuse of a state owned vehicle worth Rs.19.5 million when he was the Minister of Disaster Management in previous government.The Court had ordered the State Minister to appear before the court on 28th of October when the case is due to be taken up for hearing.
