United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon who concluded a three day official visit to Sri Lanka has stated that it was difficult for him to talk with the previous government then unlike present government and this government is gaining international recognition with the change of power.The UN Secretary General had visited Galle and Jafgna during his Sti Lankan tour and in Jaffna he met with main opposition politicians and held talks.
