The Court Of Appeal has today(03) extended the stay order issued against Police Department's circular to ban wearing full face helmets in the country until 17th of November 2016.The court has taken this decision after considering two petitions filed against the ban of wearing full face helmets.
The State Counsel has informed the court that the government is planning to introduce a high quality helmet for Motorcyclists and requested a sufficient time for that.
By considering the facts submitted the Appeals Court has extended the stay order against full face helmet ban and
