A severe traffic congestion has been reported this noon from Technical Collage Junction to Colombo Fort Railway Station due to a protest march conducted by Ceylon Teachers Services Union.Due to the traffic Police have requested the motorists to use alternative routes to travel.The Teachers Union has conducted the protest march by demanding the immediate appointment of undergraduates residing in Western Province who had passed the teachers examination
