The Police Narcotics Bureau Officials have detained six persons with a haul of one kilo gramme and fifty grammes of heroin during two separate raids carried out last night in Colombo.During a raid carried out by Wellampitiya Police last night ,two males and two females were detained along with 600 grammes of heroin and two three wheeler s in their possession too were taken into custody by the Police.
During another raid Police Narcotics Bureau Officials have detained two persons along with 450 grammes of heroin in their possession at Grandpass.
According to the authorities the total value of the detained haul of heroin is around Rs.12 million.
