The Health Minister Dr.Rajitha Senaratne has today(06) proposed to implement a special programme to testing blood of foreigners who arrive Sri Lanka to settle here and all employees involved in local tourism sector in view of preventing spreading of Malaria and HIV/AIDS in the country.Without such a programme Sri Lanka will not able to control these diseases the Health Minister has stated during a meeting held with health officials.
