One female was killed and Six Persons got injured and hospitalized due to a Van-Cab collision occurred on A-9 Road in Kilinochchi Area(In Northern Province) today(18).This accident occurred when a Van travelling towards Jaffna collided with a Cab parked at Road Side on A-9 Road according to the Police.Due to the accident Six Persons inside the Van and the Driver of the Cab were injured and admitted to Kilinochchi Hospital where the critically injured 70 year old female succumbed to her injuries.
The Kilinochchi Police are conducting an inquiry on the accident.
