The Colombo Magistrate Court has today(18) ordered the Criminal Investigations Department(CID) to check the hand writing of Shashi Weerasinghe the wife of National Freedom Front MP Wimal Weerawansha .The Court has given the order in connection with the ongoing case against MP Weerawansha's Wife Shashi Weerasinghe alleged to have obtained a diplomatic passport in an illegal manner.
MP Weerawansha too charged with the same offence.
