A new Express Train Service will be established in City Of Colombo soon to ease the heavy traffic congestion which prevailing in the City at present according to Minister Of Mega Police Patali Champika Ranawake.Due to the heavy traffic congestion prevailing in City Of Colombo during most of the day time commuters are facing enormous difficulties when reaching their destination.
