The former Chairman of Ceylinco Group Of Companies Lalith Kotalawale has arrived at Presidential Commission Of Inquiry yesterday(25) morning to record a statement regarding an allegation leveled against him on Financial Fraud .The former Sri Lankan Business Tycoon has arrived at the commission per a request made by the commission.
