Although the Prime Minister Ranil Wikramasinghe has assured that Sri Lankan Government will not sign CEPA Agreement with Indian Government ,There is a plan to change the content of the original CEPA Agreement and signing it under a different name as"Trade And Technology Agreement " the Government Medical Officers Association(GMOA) has said today(10).According to GMOA there's a threat of bringing unskilled Indian Doctors here under the new agreement.
By responding to the criticisms made by Prime Minister Wikramasinghe at the Parliament yesterday(09) against GMOA ,the secretary of the Union Dr.Herath has said during a press briefing held in Colombo today(10), GMOA will not going to market for Rajapakshe's or Wikramsinghe's and it only going to the market behalf of Union's Members.The Union is not a Political Organization he has said.
