The Inspector Of Police who was responsible for brutally assaulting HNDA Female Student during the students protest infront of University Grants Commission on last October has been suspended from work today(10).The Inspector who was attached o Kirulapana Police has been suspended per the recommendation of National Police Commission according to Police Spokesman ASP Ruwan Gunasekere.
The female student was assaulted by the suspended Inspector Of Police while participating a protest campaign in front of University Grants Commission on 29th of October.
