A batch of 115 Sri Lankans who worked as House Maids in Qatar and Kuwait has returned the Island today(29) due to the domestic harrasment they have faced in the hands of their employers.The Batch comprising with 73 females and 42 males has been returned the country through four Middle Eastern Flights early this morning.The returnees have told the officials here that the Sri Lankan Embassy Staff in Qatar and Kuwait didn't help them to over come their problems,
Meanwhile a batch of 56 Sri Lankan Females worked as House Maids in Saudi Arabia has returned the country yesterday(28) with courtesy from Foreign Employment Bureau in Sri Lanka.
