Former Army Commander Retired General Sarath Fonseka today found guilty by the first Court Martial and sending him a dishonorable discharge from his ranking which has to be approved by the president.General Sarath Fonseka is currently facing two Court Martial Trials and imprisoned under the security forces since last February.
