The Representative of the United Nations Secretary General on the Human Rights of Internally Displaced Persons Mr.Walter Kalin arrived Sri Lanka last morning on an invitation of the Minister of Human Rights and Disaster Management Mahinda Samarasinha.He is due to tour the IDP Camps in the North to witness the situation there especially the Demining,Reconstruction and Developmnt Programmes there Minister Samarasinha said.
