The Doctor who is charged for attempting Sexual Abuse of a Pregnant Mother at the Sri Jayawardanapura Teaching Hospital was Interdicted by the Director General of Health Services Dr.Ajith Mendis yesterday.The Doctor who is an Intern was interdicted for a period of one month according to the recommendation made by the Report of an Inquiry held on the incident.Director General Of Health Services also submitted the Report to the Sri Lanka Medical Council to take a Stern Disciplinary Action against the accused Doctor.The Director of the Jayawardanapura Hospital has been carried out the Inquiry and handed over the Report to Director General Of Health Services on last Saturday.
