The Ministry Of Health has already identified the stations which doctors needed most and will give priority to appoint new doctors to the government hospitals and institutions which have severe shortage of doctors at present the Health Minister has stressed."GMOA " always requesting more new doctors for Colombo based hospitals and major hospitals in the island which have more then the required number of doctors .The Ministry have the list of stations where there's doctors shortages are and will give new appointments based on that list: in future" Minister Senaratne has stressed.
GMOA has announced an island wide strike action on next Tuesday(31) opposing the Health Ministry's decision to make changes in post intern appointment list-2016 of government doctors.
