The additional Secretary to the Ministry of Health Dr.Saman Ratnayake who was,arrested by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) yesterday(01) over the purchasing of low quality Humanimmunoglobulin injection vials has been remanded until 14th of Marach by the Maligakanda Magistrate this morning (02).
He was remanded after being produced before Maligakande Magistrate Court.
