A 22 year old youth was killed after a Tiper truck ran over him whilst providing fuel to a Tractor at Diganwewa area in Chilaw yesterday(11).The deceased was identified aa a resident of diganwewa area in Chilaw .
The high speed tiper truck veering off the road and ran over the youth it has been revealed.Chilaw Police are imvestigating on the incident.
