A Person Had Drowned In Sea Whilst Bathing Dogs

 A 55 year old person has drowned last evening (24) whilst bathing his dogs  in the sea area of   Chilaw (Colombo District ) How Do You Know When Someone is Drowning? - Physicians Premier ER

 The deceased who was a resident of Mayikkulama area in Chilaw   had faced this incident whilst bathing his dogs  in the sea it has been reported.
