The National Building Research Organization (NBRO) had issued landslide warnings to five districts in the island amidst the heavy rail fall that is being experienced these days .
Accordingly landslide warnings had been issued to Badulla ,Kandy ,Kurunagala ,Kegalle and Monaragala Districts and the second stage Landslide warnings had been issued to Badulla(Passara) ,Kandy (Ududumabara ) and Nuwara eliya (Ambagamuwa) districts .
