Colombo High Court Judge Nawaratne Marasinghe had today (01) sentenced a person who was arrested for keeping 4 kilo grammes of Heroin in his possession life time imprisonment .
High Court judge had also fined the suspect Rs.25,000 over the charge of Heroin smuggling.Police officers attached to Police Anti Narcotic Bureau had arrested the suspect on 29th of June 2016 at Mahabage area
