Three members of a same family went missing after a soil mound had collapsed to their two storied house at Thumbaliyadda area in Koswatte ,Warakapola as a result of the heavy showers prevailing in this evening (14).
Four persons at the house including Mother ,father and two sons believed to be buried under rubble after the soil mound collapse and the residents of the area had managed to rescue the father and admitted him to the Warakapola hospital for treatment .The daughter of the family was in a tuition class at the time of the incident .rescue mission continues in search of the missing persons .
