The School Teachers -Principals Trade Unions had decided to continue their Strike action further until solving their salary anomaly issue at once .
The decision had been taken after the discussions held with Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapakshe and Government officials .Cabinet had decided to solve the salary anomaly issue of the Teachers and Principals in two stages which was denied by the Trade unions ,
Meanwhile Provincial Governors had decided to re open the schools in their provinces with less then 200 students from 21 st of October .
