Sri Lanka Railway Department had cancelled 32 Train Journeys today (15)as many Engine drivers and Rail guides had not reported to Work after Sinhala/Hindu New year holidays .
Accordingly 36 Train Journeys north short and long distance ones will be cancelled tomorrow (16)as well due to the shortage of Engine drivers and guides the Department has stated .
Due to this situation commuters especially office workers are being faced with enormous difficulties it has been reported.
