Employees in all Districts except two
Curfew imposed districts Colombo And Gampaha are being allowed to travel in trains from tomorrow (13) accordance to the number of seats available the Ministry of Transport has announced .
Also From tomorrow those commuters who do not possess Season tickets with them can purchase tickets by producing their office identity card to the railway station .In all trains priority will be given to those travelling to work in state and private sector institutions and normal Passengers can travel within a district only for an essential work .
However government has advised the public to stay at home as much as possible and avoid public transport services to prevent spreading of Corona virus .
As authorities have only allowed the employees who have season tickets to travel in trains since yesterday less then 10 passengers had been traveled through trains it has been revealed
