Four Sri lankans who had arrived from
South Korea and avoid quarantine and left for their homes after arriving Sri Lanka had been voluntarily surrendered to the Ratnapura General Hospital yesterday (15) it has been reported.
Health Ministry has also appealed from those who had avoid self isolation after returning from corona virus hit Italy, South Korea and Iran to surrender for quarantine.
However the government's plan to make self isolation for those who came here recently from some countries proved as a failure as most of those had not taken any step to quarantine themselves as requested.
Government has provided the Emergancy number 117 to provide information on those who had avoid quarantine process and left for homes from Katunayake International Airport.
