Due to the work of Colombo City Development
project a 24 hour water cut is scheduled to be implemented in many areas of Colombo district including Colombo Municipal Council area from 9 a.m today (23) until 9 a.m tomorrow (24) acccording to National Water Supplies and drainage board .
Accordingly This 24 hour long water cut which will create a Great inconvenience to the public will be implemented in Colombo Municipal council limits ,Rajagiriya,Moragasmulla, Obesekarapura ,Nawala,Koswatte up to Nawala Open University Premises and all sub roads attached to it .
Tomorrow (24)another 24 hour water cut second in a row will be implemented in many areas of Gampaha district due to another kind of maintainance work Water Board has announced .
VIP's will not face any imconcenience due to these long hour water cuts as these will be not implemented in their residential areas .
