A Person Was Killed and two others had
been critically injured and hospitalized after the Motor Car they were travelling in met with an accident due to darkness whilst travelling in SuriyaWewa -Andara Wewa section of the Southern Expressway from Matara to Mattala which is under construction last night (13).
Many vehicles have faced such incidents recently as concrete slabs have used to block the three entries of the southern express way still under construction to prevent vehicles entering the area it has been revealed .
However many motorists still using the route which is under darkness and met with accidents according to reports.
