The Tribunal Judge panel of the Special Petmanant High Court had yesterday (08)acquitted and the Chief of staff of Former President Mahinda Rajapakshe ,Gamini Sedara Senerath and two others from all charges including allegedly misappropriating Rs.500 million belonging to Litro Gas Lanka limited.
Charges have been levelled against the three Persons including Gamini Senerath over misappropriating Rs.500 million belonging to Litro Gas illegally.Delivering the verdict the The Tribunal Judge panel chaired by High Court Judge Sampath Abey Koontz had stated the complainants have not been able to provide the charges without a doubt .
