Tele Drama actor Ryan van Rooyen who
had been arrested and remanded over keeping a stock of Cannabis in his car after expelling from Dubai ,had been released on bail today (09)by Matara Magistrate Court.
Accordingly Van Rooyen has been released on Rs.4000 bail it has been reported.
Van Rooyen was one of the persons who had been arrested by Dubai Police whist attending a party organized by Drug kingpin Makandure Madush in Dubai last february.
He was later expelled to Sri Lanka and after handing over him to the Weligama Police by the CID Officials, he was in remand until today .
