Transport Activities Of Hatton -Colombo Main Road Restricted To One Lane-A Section Of The Road Had Sunk

Transport activities of the Hatton -Colombo main road are being restricted to a one lane  as a result of the sinking of the section of main road from Watawala -Kuilwatte area it has been reported.

A large number of cracks had appeared  in the sunken area according to reports.

The sunken area had sunk minorly due to the heavy showers prevailed there recently and reconstructed by the Road Development Authority .Several years ago the place had  sunk completely.
