A 19 year old youth was killed after falling down from a electric lift of the Sri Lanka's highest building under construction "Nelum Kuluna" Tower (350 meter high )this evening (08) according to the Police.The youth had fallen down from the lift which is also half made in a position 145 meter high it has been revealed.
The deceased was identified as a resident of Kilinochchi Area in North who were involved in construction work of the Tower .
Maradana Police is investigating over the incident.
