The Central Environment Authority has today (20) instructed the Rubber
Manufacturing Factory in Horana which caused the five deaths yesterday
after falling to a Ammonia Tank ,to halt it's operations until the
inquiry currently conducting over the incident is concluded. Friday, April 20, 2018
